If I purchased a supplement from Groupon, would it be a one time buy? Or will the company continue to send me the product month after month and keep charging me month after month?

The company has become profit driven and therefore NOT customer friendly. With this in mind, some of the hotel deals are good but refunds are inflexible.

The problem I had was with groupon. I bought 2 Keurig coffee makers. The first one we opened didn't work at all. The second was a gift. We used it And ask for a replacement for the 1st one. Groupon informed us we had only a 14 day warranty. I told them that did not seem fair not enough time. I was told I should read the rules and that was all they could or would do.
