I purchased a blood pressure cuff from them which still works. I just refuse to use their services for trips. The customer service sucks.

Wake up! There's a reason for the saying "too good to be true". If the ad doesn't say they are offering brand named products, they aren't. That said, I've been very pleased with my purchases via Groupon.

I would think so. I live groupon and gave yet to have a problem with any item or with receiving a refund if I had to return something. This site to me seems pretty reputable and they will answer any question you may have as far as a products authenticity. Alot of other sites who's return is in China are the ones you need to worry about. But they do have q&a for all items purchased. Good luck

If it doesn't say they're original, then they're not. You can write them and ask because they might announce "beats by dr dre." just to say that's the model of the headphones.

Everything I have bought had been legit. The one time I received a defective product Groupon immediately refunded my money.

They are a large company and they will refund you if it is a knockoff and they will want to know because they will probably block the deal, but they are not always the quickest at doing that. I have seen Groupons still active for restaurants that closed, but I did get a refund once they verified it was actually gone.

The other day I received a product that had one letter misspelled on it. I realized it was a fake but I already knew that when I purchased it. The price was too cheap. It was a SONY product but is made in China and the product I received read SUNY.

I have NEVER purchased anything from Groupon that was a knock off, however they do have things that are refurbished.

Everything I have ever bought from Groupon has been legit. I can only speak from my personal experience.
