SHUTTERFLY has run this once viable and awesome business into the ground. If you can't beat the compettition. Buy them out and ruin it... that's what SHUTTERFLY has done. Cancel your membership asap!

Good luck getting an answer from "anybody"... I also had the same prints redone from Groovebook... sent them to Walgreens... the quality was perfect. No fuzzy pix... Ive sent numerous emails... never get an answer. Good luck
