I got my own resolved and I was able to access my funds send a mail [email protected] for a fast response and solution.

Where is my money I was hacked it was my SS money and I was in the hospital I did everything they asked all they tell me is were having technical difficulties come on

It took them 3 months to even take action on my account after I threatened to hire a lawyer and still haven't received my money and now I can't even get ahold of anyone

Green dot is a scam. They stole $486 & gave it to who knows. I supplied the info of the people who did it & what they did was close my account & my dispute along with it after telling me I would be reimbursed. Out of 5 star rating I would have to say it's in the red. Terrible service, no security. I would advise people to never use greendot. Go2bank.
