Is there anyway to get a refund even if I never got the box?

Yes - I think so. But you have to keep at it for a while. I was just told last week by Graze that I will be getting a refund... finally! For the one 1 box I did not want & tried to cancel several times without any luck. So I'm hoping it does come through. It was disappointing that in the same email were they finally agreed to refund all of $6 & change, they also said that it was still my fault for not reading their elusive policies & falsely accused me of not replying to their fairly rude & BS emails. I could not believe it. Customer service needs a lot of customer relations training. Maybe it's an east coast thing...?

Yes there is. Just dispute the charge on your card and ask for a new card so they wont keep auto charging your account.
