No, not in my opinion. To me its a fly by night web site that does not allow you to talk to a live person via a customer service phone number. Which basically makes it appear to be another scam web site.

It's some of the worst customer service I've ever had. And I think they're dishonest. They post photos of items that aren't real then send you different ones (broken, smashed) then either don't reimburse or delay as long as possible. It's basically a scam operation.
