I would deff contact glyde because it should of been there. Did they give you a delivery date?

I waited over 3 weeks to get my phone. Don't use this service if you want a phone quickly.

Glyde has no way to ensure that sellers ship the phones that they sell, they can only send reminders to the seller and then cancel the sale if they don't complete the transaction. It's a huge waste of time for the buyer and one of the reasons I no longer buy from them.

You should contact Glyde because sometimes the third party person selling the phone has not mailed it out and Glyde will need to cancel your order

We can check on that order, email the seller with a reminder to ship, or process a cancellation and full refund. If this seller has delayed like this, we can also remove them from Glyde and connect you with a new seller. The vast majority of sellers are timely and reliable and I am sorry that this order has been so delayed.
