I know this now but they have my 70 pound and no ghds but cant get anythink from them they have now told me it will take 30-40 days for a refund which i know doesn't i don't know were to go from here or who to report this site to.

I would stay away as that site does not look very legitimate. If you do a search for GHD on sitejabber you can find the official GHD site and a link to where they will tell you the sites that are legit vs illegal.
