Today, I try to book a room in the hotel from Getaroom. But at the last step, I pressed "book". The system showed the book is unsuccessful owing to some problems and indicates me to try to book again. But the same time, my credit card company inform me that my credit card has been charged And authorized number is 993180. Now I don't know whether Gataroom really charges the money? In addition, if I cancel a room, how long the charge will refund to my credit card?

That's really strange. I'd call the 800 number to see if their computers have your confirmation. I wouldn't try it again because I would be afraid of being charged again. Hope this helps.
