Yes how come you cant get any service or speak to anyone i have 2 orders sence dec 11 they took my money but have' not even started to fill my order, the phone number is a NY number no one has pick up and you cant use the live chat on site?

I had a problem with one order which I still haven, t received but they are legit. They advertise stuff they haven, t got so are at mercy of suppliers. They are still advertising the phone they can, t supply me. My ticket ran out and I had no contact but I sent a message on their Facebook site which got everything going again. You could try this. I have received two orders after the one I placed 6 weeks ago so no scam but big delays on some items

As far as I know you are dealing with a warehouse. Stock in - stock out. Inventory depends on supply & demand. Therefore, you may need to wait. If you aren't prepared to wait, go elsewhere and pay more. Simple as that m8

Send support an email, they are usually prompt to answer in 24-48 hrs. Sometimes they have to await shipment from another warehouse before they can fill your order. It has happened to me a couple of times.
