PayPal dispute and overflowing them with tickets, or my favorite is get on their Facebook and YouTube pages and videos and put them on blast!

If you want fast - buy in their own city and overpaid for it.
And if you want cheaper - whether it is good, everyone is waiting, and waiting, almost always...)

Communication is difficult. Your item will arrive when it's ready. You just need patience. Sorry.

They only respond once a week, sometimes 10 days, the best thing is to check tracking information and if its in the same place for 30 days you are not going get it. If you try and claim through Gearbest they will keep telling you to wait another week or 10 days whilst they do nothing, suggest you claim thru paypal or your credit card - I did whilst Gearbest was telling me to wait for a 5th time, and got repaid thru paypal. BUYER BEWARE

Hi If you paid by paypal get in touch with them and they will advise and help you, just explain the situation to them.

Make a ticket to, post a video about the defect and you will be helped immediately. The Best Customer Service!
