I rather not to buy anything at gearbest, it is a waste of money, your order will not be delivered. Like what happen to mine, it took me 50 days waiting for nothing and my money is not refunded

Depending on shipping method chosen and location it could take several days. Free shipping to the states takes about 7-10 days to show results (on proper site) then only a few days from there it'll show in the states and at your door. They don't use normal epacket shipping thing most in china use.

You have to wait 3 or more days for tracking number to be registered in the tracking sites.

Getting a tracking number usually takes a week depending on channel u choose. For all regd airmail takes a week minimum to get on tracking. Still problem persists, log into account, click on the order you have placed and use send msg/ticket option available at the top.

I too had the same problem, the best way to get current tracking information is to contact GearBest, get on contact us, using the chat menu, enter your order number and then ask the representative for the tracking information of your package. They have always been able to answer my questions about my orders.

Sometimes it's a waiting game with this company. They should have sent you a tracking number but have they sent you the correct one is any ones guess. Like I first said buyer beware. And I stand by this.

My isn't working either. I think it could be a scam and maybe they are right, maybe it is just that Netherlands post doesn't know how to run a postal service. I paid for the tracking number to work!
