Call, email it won't matter, they are the worst company when it comes to customer service that I have ever dealt with. If you paid with PayPal you might be able to do a change back

It depends where gearbest are sending it to, i live in the uk and it takes about two weeks from china also has be checked my british customs that can delay a little more

I got an email response within 24 hours since I hate being on hold and from reading reviews it takes forever to speak to someone, phone or chat. I will not buy from them again. It took 35 days to get my MP3 player when it should have taken 2 weeks. (per their listing shipping details)

Unfortunately I cannot answer this question, the order number goes on the 2nd line down on the ticket. Usually I open up to Windows with Gearbest in them. One window I keep the ticket open and do all the information on the ticket. The other window I keep open with my order numbers up that makes them easily accessible to cut and paste and put on the tickets. Plus on the 2nd window you have a chance to go back and forth to get all the information you need as far as item numbers etc. Good luck trying to get them to do something about any warranty issue you have with the tickets.
