The only way you'll actually get your item is by constantly blasting customer service with emails regards to your order. Other than that, your out off luck. I bet it can take a year.

You never get your item. Trrust me they will never send the item. I asked help from paypal, so i got my money back through paypal.

Never... I have been waiting from 5 months... instead of giving the product or refund the money i spend on 4 products, they just played around... worst customer service ever... they even closed all the tickets i opened even without sorting out the issue..

Hi Brenden,, You should get a tracking number shortly after dispatch, plus they take a photo of the parcel to show that it has been dispatched,, also remember that they are 8 hours ahead of the UK so allow for that,, You can also submit a question ticket, but remember they are 8hrs ahead,,, They will get back to you

You usually first receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Depending on the number of items and their availability, it normally takes 3-5 days, but if one item is missing... Ask them if there is a problem, maybe they can split the order. Hope this is helpfull

It depends on when they say they will despatch, getting a tracking number means nothing, got mine it shows goods at Heathrow Airport 2 months, when chased offered a 40% refund only. Claimed through Paypal BUYER BEWARE

Why oh Why do people keep ordering from a company that has soooo many bad reviews, it is increddibble its like people just want thieves to just take their money.

You should have got a track number by now give them an email and ask for one, I got mine not long after I ordered mine, as customer care is really fantastic.
