Ive ordered from there plenty, no issues as long as you understand your not getting top of the line for cheap its all good.

Hi Steven, Gearbest is a trust worthy place to buy, as long as you understand shipping time if free can be long, choose expedited if spending over £50 and insurance if over £75, also be patient, had a refund no problem and sent an item back, remember there terms
'You or I are responsible for sending item back if need be, (responsible financial to send item back and on the lengh of time and type of return will determine whether full or partial refund is applicable. All in there terms and conditions in warrantys and returns, also normaly 24hrs reply through your gearbest account & email.

No it's not the item I ordered was missing the battery pack. That was back in June and I still have not received it. Last week they said it was shipped out so still waiting could take up to 25 days was their answer

No, this is definitely not a safe place to order from, GearBest is not doing business honestly. Once they have your money it would be difficult to ask for a refund no matter what. I don't have problem with long shipment but I have problem with their honesty and their shonky business, they don't honour their offers and don't do what they told you.

It took 35 days to receive the mp3 player I bought when it should have came in about 13 days. I will not buy from them again.

As you can well understand, all the answers depend on personal experiences, even the worst ("stay away! Don't lose you money!). I've already said it was okay for me to deal with them. One order already received, and another is coming. It's China, so wait for 3 weeks minimum. My experience was good, and I placed another order. Please also consider that sometimes problems my come from the postal service, and not from the buyer itself. Hope this helps

I have only ordered 1 thing from them and it took a month to get to Australia and arrived in one piece, not even a dent to the box. I will be ordering more as funds permit, cheers Steve Nielsen

Great place. Shipping is slow as others have pointed out, but it's free so can't complain really. PayPal is also safe so I have no problems with them.

I've ordered from them 12 times, and of those times 10 every item was defective. Trying to get my money back I had to open 48 tickets with there customer service department. Of those 48 tickets I have receved 2 refunds. One of the orders had a written note inside the package that said "Gearbest buys factory defective merchandise" and with all of the problems that I have gad, I believe whoever wrote that note. Of the 10 defective orders, 9 had moving parts. So if what you want I woud say, order from Banggood or any other company.

I wouldn't! I ordered an E-cig battery an within 2 months the thing shocked the #$&% out of me.
The other time I ordered from there (same order not shipped together) My package was lost for 3 weeks, I got it in 5 weeks time.
