Im having a hard time contacting gearbest and will be giving a bad review if no contact immedietly

Never had a problem, but if you buy direct from china you have to wait they are several hours ahead of the states.
Can't bash a company cause someone orders a $2 item that breaks and expect them to respond immediately when they deal world wide and are on the opposite side of the planet. Any website over there you still get what you pay for. Higher price better product. Customer service is sometimes a bit slow but any company is 1-2 days response time.

After submitting a ticket, you just have to wait for them to respond, which usually takes about 24-48 hours. You can try the US helpline as someone else suggested, but I don't know how you will fare.

Usually they are pretty good at getting back to you. The best way to get a response (in my opinion) is through support messaging.
So sign in to your account and go to:
http://support.gearbest.com
Fill out the form and expect a response. Keep in mind that they are in China, therefore about half a day (12 hours) ahead of USA, depending on the location. For example, if you send a message at 8:00am they will receive it at 8:00pm that is at night and most likely it is not working hours.

I've always has them return my emails within a few days. If you need to discuss a product you ordered, send a message from your order page. You can also oprn a ticket from your account page.

How strange.
When I contacted them regarding an order, if I were to email them at 8am, they would have replied to me by 2am for me to see the message 8am the next day.
The longest I've waited for a reply is two days, but they always get back to me.
You should try reaching out one more time.

You can send a Ticket whit you question o problem, then, they answer for you in 24 hours.

Just demand your money back
They will answer you but wont do anyghing but stall for time
I ordered a phone three weeks ago and it still hasnt been dispatched.
They just keep fobbing me off saying they are sorry and please be patient.
Just over a week ago i was promised it would be sent within a week and still nothing.
Although they say the item is out of stock and they dont know when they will have any they were happy to take my money and my extra payment for expidited delivery and insurance.
This item is still on there website to be purchased even though they dont have any.
Stay clear of them.

@Gary I, you can create a ticket on gearbest to customer support, and they'd get back to you ASAP with appropriate solution. This should really help you out. Have a great day!

Eventually they will send you an e-mail asking you your order # etc- don't expect to get what you ordered if you get something at all. The above reviews- favorable one's I bet are written by people they hire to fluff up their image. By far a bunch of thieves- if you used a credit card- file a dispute immediately so you shall have recourse and get your money back. If you haven't bought-don't- thieves-liars-and cheats.

I would get a paypal claim started ASAP because they will drag their feet until it's too late for a claim and then tell you there is nothing they can do and maybe offer you some "points" if you press them. This is a dishonest company! Protect yourself and NEVER deal with them if you can help it.
