I placed my order in July and I am still waiting on my merchandise. I'm showing that my items still have not left China. After going back and forth with them, they agreed to give me the extra 15 dollars I spent on the presale item, but only after I posted negative reviews (they asked me to revise my reviews). I told them that yes I would accept the 15 dollars and update my reviews only after the funds and merch were received. I have yet to receive items or the 15 dollar refund yet from this site so I can not honestly answer you if the website is trust worthy or not. Thus far from my experience, I would personally not order from it again.

I have ordered from them like 6 times, I never have any problem with them. I got the items in about a month, which is expected when they are shipping from china. Everytime I email the support, I got the reply from them in a timely manner and solved the problem..

So far they've payed me back for any anomalies. I can't complain. They're a little slow sometimes. Always pay 2$ for tracking to be sure and safe. Always make sure you use paypal for payment as you have consumer protection with all online sites. 180 days money back guarantee with paypal. Never use your credit cards that's when all all line shops start screwing with you...

After 2 months of waiting still nothing in, how do you rate this scammer as good shop, check their reviews will disdinguish as either very bad (actual customers) or very good(fakes?), how can you trust something so extreme? Or you're happy to wait 10 days? LoL that's from China and how on earth will they post and arrived in 10 days?

Stay away from this business. I'm still trying to get my money back from them after they sent me the wrong item. It's been almost a month since I ordered my item and as soon as I got my package I contacted them and its almost been a month. I wished I would of looked up the reviews on this company before I ordered. They don't have a number to call them so you have to email them and when they feel like answering you back that's when you'll hear from them, look I don't care how juicy of a deal they may have on a item, don't buy it. You have been warned.

I would advise against that they are scammers customer service is crap u can't even put a review on items u buy that don't work most of the ppl that replied to u are gearbest employees take my word or leave it ur choice

I personally don't think so. I ordered a Fitbit charger from them almost 2 months ago and haven't received it. When I contacted them about it, they said I just have to wait and didn't seem to care. When I gave them bad reviews on websites such as this and commented on their Facebook, they finally said they'd give me a refund - which I never received. I wouldn't trust them. I'd use a more reputable site.

If you want to wait three months for it to get to your house then it's an okay site to order from.

I pre-ordered an item worth £120 and it was despatched on the day they said it would. Then they had it delivered 1st class recorded delivery. Took only a week to get to England from China! Awesome service in my opinion.

I would pay extra and get a non Chinese phone.
