Hi I want to ask why you have so big differences on rewiews... 5* and 1*. Some people love his company and some of them hate it. Where is the difference and which one of them are true ones?

My very first order came through, Then they contacted me, asking for positive reviews on chosen sites, this was one of them, and in return I received thousands of bonus points for doing so. My next 6 orders never got delivered, so I changed my review and stopped doing business with them. That's where the positive reviews come from. The one order I placed using the last of my bonus points, came with a note inside that said "Gearbest purchases Factory defective items" and that item never did work. I worked for three months trying to get a replacement, but NOPE!

Trust me, do not purchase anything from this company. If the reviews you've read from this site do not turn you away, go to their Facebook page and read reviews of hundreds of frustrated customers. I also believe most of positive reviews are fraudulent and their automated replies you see on some posts are bogus also. They do not care about their customers one bit.

I've made two purchases from GearBest. My first was a low cost purchase. I had no trouble with that purchase. GearBest shipped exactly what I wanted - the price was reasonable (about $10) - I received the items in good time.
If I had never purchased anything again, I would have to give GearBest high marks.
However, my second purchase, $122.38 for a camera, was a Very Big and Costly Disappointment. They took my money and have not been interested in resolving the fact that I have not received my order. And they have indicated that they will not be offering any help in the future. Their position seems to be - Tough Luck!
