Gear best you say my order was shipped yet I called Dhl and they say you never deliverd a package to them at all. I was given a tracking number that tells me nothing. Why have you robbed me of my birthday and Christmas. WW1512071521491083 This is my order number please please help

Your tracking number wont work. Never did for me. Just spam their customer service until they respond. They will give you points or something that add up to be like a dollar off your next purchase. Its not worth it, trust me. Dont take their petty bribe.

Yeah. I agree with Rey M. Definitely better to shoot them messages either through Facebook or their ticket system. About the tracking information, I do find it's useless. But don't worry, your order will show up sooner or later.

You can reach them through their Facebook page. Send them a message with your order number and they will respond. They always have for me. Hope this helps.
