Here's what you need to know about GearBest:
They do have legitimate items. These items are the same as the items you would find at most other sites unless they are identified as clones or "styled" after authentic items.
They will ship for free just about anywhere in the world. You can expect to receive your purchase in one to two months assuming they have the item in stock. Sometimes they may not have the item in stock but do not state so. In that case expect your delivery time to be even longer. You can pay extra for faster delivery. It will still take about three weeks to get (again, assuming they have it in stock to begin with).
If your item is defective, taking too long to stock or you do not like it, be prepared to be ignored or get the run-around. Be prepared to write many (10 - 20) emails and due to the language barrier, repeat yourself endlessly as to what your problem is. IF they finally agree with you, they will place a CREDIT in your Gear Wallet which you can use to buy more items from them. Hopefully you do not repeat this frustrating cycle again.
They do seem to respond to Paypal more than the customer. I would suggest you use Paypal exclusively to make purchases and to use Paypal to resolve any refund requests. In the end, it may be wiser to purchase somewhere else in order to save a great deal of frustration.

Don't bother with Gearbest, the prices are good because you never get your item. I've filed with the BBB and they don't respond to them either... Good Luck if you purchase anything from them...!

I wouldn't. My experience is after purchasing few light bulbs on 31 of July I had to wait two months before they declared it as lost in post. Another two weeks later I got partial refund in GB wallet with no way of getting money back. Luckily paid via PayPal and after opening dispute, got all money back three months after purchase date. Now that I asked for GB to delete my account they only offered to remove me from their mailing list.

Basically, when you order be prepared to wait and get mad. There is no chance that something will be shipped without raising tickets to them. Belive me. Buy better from amazon

Everything I ordered on their site showed up, and I didn't pay for shipping. I did not chose fast delivery which would be additional cost.
