Consider it a blessing, this company is not reliable. I ordered and didn't get anything, finally went to the Better Business Bureau and this company would not respond to them either. Stay away and shop someplace that respects their customers.

That's amazing because that's what gearbest does the best. Take your money and not get you you're product. Your better off buying somewhere else and spend the few extra bucks to guarantee you get it. Don't shop gearbest.

Run away and don't look back! GearBest willingly took my money, never delivered the products and then fought with them for months for a refund. It took posting on social media and this site before they finally agreed to a full refund! I still will never buy from them again nor will I ever recommend them.

I can't add anything you haven't already seen. Do your research, don't give them your money, cuz that's what you are doing, is giving them your money. The may, or may not, give you anything in return. Mostly not.

Nope, I have never experienced that. But I am not surprised. Gearbest always disappoint one way or another

I always use paypl for paying. Everytime without problem, correct siete for now. I'm from EU so i have to wait for order usualy 10-25 day. Good luck with orders ;).

Never had this issue. If I were you, I would double check with PayPal and my bank where the money is and try once more. And to all other who had problem with Gearbest: PayPal or any other secured payment service is the best way to deal abroad as you have the possibility to start a claim and get your money back.
