i have been charged two times in june for icfreeshipping 12.97 plus 12.97 and a nsf charge by my bank of 35.00 for this service that i never signed up

You probably made a purchase with sister company AdamEve.com and malware popped up. They gave this Co. Your credit card #. Call your bank for a refund.
