You can. But it might not reach the recipient. I'm in New Zealand and 2 out of 4 orders were delivered. After numerous attempts one more was delivered a day late. Then after more back and forth and after them telling me it will only be delivered today, the courier attempted to deliver it as 22:30 last night. Who the hell delivers at that time of the night? When their website says until 21:00, unless it's a midnight delivery. So yes, you can order. But I would not suggest it. Avoid at all cost. They also give 20% discount voucher for good reviews, so don't trust these 5* reviews at all
