There doesn't seem to be a customer service phone number. I have sent lots of emails but they don't respond until much later. I did get a notice today the the credit had been applied to my card but I went on to look and there is no credit. I am so tired of dealing with these people.

Got a quick response. Stones fell out of ring on first wear! They sent another. Stones fell even worse. Not good but looks good..

I did not have a customer service number either, but I did persist through the Better Business Bureau and finally after 2 months of non stop bugging, posting and BBB help I got my items.

Never seen a number but I got reply to my emails very quick

I emailed them with my problem and recieved a response within 12 hrs and problem was rectified immediately.

No number i could find middle of this year. Just used the email and wrote on these blogs about them. It got their attention. Company is in Canada i believe. Jewelry is El Cheapo from China. YOu get what you pay for. I continue to get emails from them with ads. I sent all to my Junk mail; just like their jewelry. :(

Unfortunately no phone number to be found. As an FYI, if they get tired of hearing from you on email they have been known to block people. The best advice I can offer you is to contact the credit card company or PayPal if you used them and file a fraud complaint ASAP. Sorry you got caught up in this mess.

I couldn't locate a phone # for them.
