If you click "returns" on their web page, it's all legal jibberish. But this statement stood out to me.
"We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected." DOESN'T THIS SOUND LIKE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS? DOES TO ME.

I have never heard of them accepting a return from a real person. There have been some reports of returns being accepted by phantom (there to build up feedback) people.
