Luckily I paid thru PayPal and they refunded my money. Make a claim thru your credit card company or Paypal. I was informed by Paypal to stop all communication with FSJ. I'm in Canada and FSJ gave me a US address for the return when they had a Brampton, Ontario address that is 20 minutes away from me. They try to make it very difficult to return the items.
I blame myself for the "moment of stupidity" and will only online shop with REPUTABLE companies from now on. Good luck!

We had to report them to our cc company as a fraud to get our money back. Never got product we ordered.

You can try emailing them right now to cancel it, but I'm guessing they won't respond. They have probably already charged your credit card - they don't wait to charge it until they ship. But who knows, maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones! I placed my order in Dec. And when the merchandise finally arrived two weeks later (even though I told them to cancel the order), I returned it unopened and they still have not credited my account. Total scam.
