As above email them, if no response... Just keep trying... Wear them down eventually they will sort it... I eventually got my refund

They are the worst! They do not come in half sizes so I just had to mail it back to the tune of $10 for postage and after many email pleas they finally issued a credit for $16 to the card. It took forever. I will never order from them again.

Continue to email them as frequently as possible, be persistent, they eventually give up.

Just send them an email and they will let you know how to return it.

Hello, I received a wrong item last weekend, emailed them once, and they had the correct item sent out within three days. I received excellent customer service!

Send them an email explaining what has happened. I'm sure with their great customers service, they will be happy to help.
