Hundreds of people have had issues with this company. Unfortunately they are not an honest set up.My best advice is to report them to a statutory body such as Trading Standards in the UK. Hopefully if there are enough complaints someone will do something about them!

It took three emails to customer service, but I finally did get my order.

Like everybody say's try and get your money back now don't wait for this junk, if you have paid through paypal do it through them I have just got my refund back this week. I had to return it to the address that paypal gave me which was in Canada that cost me £10 but worth it to get my money back. DONT BUY THIS CRAP!.

Hopefully you paid with PayPal. Which ever way you paid file a complaint now. Florence Scovel Jewelry will having you running around in circles with ship dates and tracking numbers which never take place unless you are the 1 in a million lucky ones who actually receives the merchandise and it doesn't look like or is a piece of junk. Replace the gift knowing it will be given on time and be of better quality.

When you order you have make sure items are in stock. Since most merchandise comes from China. Hope this helps you some. I had a positive experience with customer service. They were very helpful and found my delayed order.

Honestly, I am not impressed with Florence Scoval. Their customer service is very bad. The only reason I gave them a positive feedback is so they will leave me alone. The only Jewelry they have that is very nice is their stainless steel bracelets. It took so long to get my order and I bought 3 bracelets before I got one that was as pictured. I recommend Etsy, SkullJewelry.com as well as Amazon. When you use a Pay Pal account, it is much easier to get your money back on bad purchases etc. I have learned the hard way. F. Scovals, other than stainless steel is very cheap looking

If you read the feedback on this site, you will find that many, many, many people have had this problem. You don't say how you paid, but you should now immediately put in for a refund. They will probably respond that they are shipping your order immediately. This may or may not be true but usually is not. Go ahead and replace the gift knowing that your new purchase will.be much, much better quality than anything these people sell. Persist in pursuing your refund, working through your funding source. Do not believe anything these people say--I wouldn't believe anything they say even if their tongue came notarized (to quote Judge Marilyn Milian).

My order came within 2 days I only had to contact them to tell them my postcode was different as my iPad did autocorrect and changed a number they were brilliant and I got several emails telling me when my item was dispatched and also had a tracking number and emails to tell me where my items were.
