Not a good place to order from! Bad customer service and poor quality jewelry! The only think worth buying is their men's stainless steel bracelets. I've received every order I placed but had to bomb them w messages. I don't buy from them anymore at all and don't advise anyone else to either! Try SkullJewelry.com or Dreamland Jewelry.

I emailed them and got the same auto response. But I still haven't received my order. In my last email to them I told them to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. It had been 3 days and still no order or refund so I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company.

I finally received the item I ordered a month or more after I ordered it. They never answered my emails either. I could not find a phone number on their site. I guess you just have to wait, and wait, and...

Ah mine came in about 4 days not sure why it's not arrived they take a little while to email back tho I had to ask a question but they did reply

I ordered several items on 11/11 and still have not received it yet - I have e-mailed them several times and keep getting form letters saying that I would received my items in 4 to 5 business days - I don't know what to do anymore.

I placed my order a month ago... and still nothing.
And of course there is no way to talk to anyone and you can email them till your fingers fall off and you get nowhere... all I get are automated responses telling me how sorry they are it'll be shipped out within 3 to 5 days and here is a 15% off your next purchase as a way of saying sorry... Like I would ever order from them again!

I got my order ahead of schedule. Go to the website & message them from your cell phone. That may work faster to get a response.
