Does Florence Scovel ever respond to emails or reviews I am still waiting after two weeks.

I'm surprised to read these negative reviews about the customer service at Florence Scovel. I sent an email and received their response almost immediately. Their rep was very helpful, and my question was answered quickly. They even sent an email to make sure I had received my purchase. Try [email protected].

It's not the CC company you are looking for! It is the BBB. The Better Business Bureau! I have resolved all of my issues! You may want to go on their Web Page and print what bad service you have Recieved! I know this has worked for me! The company you are talking about! Don't stop hounding them. Tell them you are going to report them to the Better Business Buerau and I bet you will get results fast!

I emailed many times, no repsonse, I emailed yesterday that I am calling my CC company to dispute and within 15 mimutes I had an email stating they were very backed up with orders, they recieved more orders than they expected but I should recieve my package in 4-5 business days. USPS tracking they gave still says "USPS label created, package not recieved by USPS" so I disputed with my CC company. Terrible customer service. But try telling them the same as I did that you are calling CC company to disupte charge for non-delviery and no response to you emailing them. They may get right back to you, if not, call your CC company and dispute the charge. I know its so disappointing when you are excited about a purchase and then this stuff happens, Best of luck to you!
