I sent a message twice to a seller on Saturday, asking her to correct an error in the $150 video she made for me. I wrote her again this morning. 10 hours later and still no response. What can you do with a Seller who delivers a product with a mistake, and then won't respond to your messages? Because she did not respond, it is now outside of the 3-day Resolution time period. I really don't know what to do to fix this situation.

I've actually had contact with customer service through the support tab. While I didn't get my money back, they blocked the seller from future sales. They do appreciate buyers who tell them about specific buyers because, really, who else wants to go through this?

I would say kiss your money goodbye. When I tried to ask questions to my fiverr person, they not only ignored me, they took my money, and then blocked me from contacting them ever again. Fiverr does not have a customer service number. And they do not give refunds they only give ridiculous fiverr credits. Which is asinine since if you end up needing a refund you probably won't want to use fiverr again. Fiverr does have a Facebook page though. I would suggest going on their facebook page and putting them on blast, by letting other people know about their horrible service. Be warned I did this and the administrator for their Facebook page threatened to block me from their Facebook page for violating their page rules. But I did end up getting a refund. Again I would not use fiverr, or any other company that does not have a customer service number where you can talk to a live person to help with your issues. Since their is no customer service fiverr leaves you In a lurch should problems arise.

I suggest opening a new order for $15 to include one day service. Include the video that the provider just delivered and be very, very specific about the change you want.
Now you have a new case.
Also, let them know that you have five more projects coming up.
Do not rate the first job till the second one is done. Communicate every few hours asking if they can meet the deadline. It's urgent! You say
