I paid for a logo in 48 hours and first she said she was sick and then she cancelled completely. I think this is a scam.

I would not trust the reviews of fiverr they may not reflect the true experience. Some sellers will urge you to leave feedback before the job is completed due to time constraints on leaving feedback, not a good option. Once a job has gone past a certain time Fiverr close the job so you can't leave feedback so a lot of jobs do not get the negative feedback you need to be able to see when judging a seller.
Look for examples of their work and check it out carefully, I have seen some jobs listed as examples on several sellers which either means they did not do the work or they have several aliases which to me spells dodgy anyway.

I made a mistake of selecting a seller that had a Level 1 rating. Try higher rated sellers. Which tend to be more professional and actually provides services. Don't allow them to post that they did the work prior to actual completion. Cancel if they miss the deadlines and do not accept offers that will be longer than 12 days you can't get your money back after that.

If she cancelled you werent even charged. How is it a scam if she did not take any money from you? What likely happened is you were unclear with what you ordered, or did not follow the gig guidelines, and she viewed the project as too much work and after some thought decided to cancel. I often cancel on buyers because they do not even take the time to read what I actually offer, or expect far too much and far too quickly.

It's not a scam. I've used it several times and have received excellent work. However, there are always losers in every field that will screw you around. Has happened to me as well. Don't bitch too much because the price is right even if you have to pay twice. I always pay more then what they want just because it's fair.
