SEO services offered on fiverr are not legitimate SEO services, most of the sellers use bots to deliver "traffic" on your website, so none of the traffic that you'll be getting is actual human traffic, but bots - in other words robots that won't buy anything from your amazon store.
This is also very easily traceable by amazon and could very possibly result in your account getting closed cause it's not allowed by the terms of service.
