I'm a size 12-14 in dresses and usually a Large in Tops and 12-14 in pants, what sizes should I order in dresses, pants and tops?

Hi, I am usually size 6 blouse and medium pants/skirts. I haveordereed LARGE and it barefy fits me. The sizes are really, really smaller then what we are used to. Just keep that in mind. However, the size chart is accurate. Hope this helps :)
