Your acct should be on their website with your order info, however, do NOT hold out too much hope in getting the product in a timely manner or perhaps even at all. Pls review all the negative posts about this company. My suggestion wait 20 days and if you do NOT receive your order, file a dispute with paypal, the company is obligated to response; once they do escalate to a claim and ask paypal for a full refund. I did and got all my money back from these crooks and it took less then 3 days after inititated my claim.@Vanda it is a waste of time communicating with customer service, my advise to you is the same as above. Sorry to here about your CC and puter, coincident? Not sure... but best practise NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM A COMPANY THAT IS NOT IN NORTH AMERICA! 1

Vanda C - I did get a refund on items not received. I sent a dispute almost every day that they did not answer
Call your credit card company and dispute the charges

I did not have any luck getting a refund when I didn't get the clothes I ordered. I corresponded with the service department over my concerns; however, unless I wrote a sterling report, they wouldn't issue a refund.
And then, coincidentally, my credit card AND computer were hacked!?!?!?!?
