Good luck trying to get them to refund your money or settle a dispute. They will offer you vouchers for $10; even though the dress(es) were more expensive. My advice: NEVER USE THE SITE AGAIN. IT'S A RIP=OFF SCAM!

They have Facebook page you can send them message. They will reply fast in Facebook compared to emails!

On my order page it had a contact dispute button and I used it 5 times, when I finally mentioned getting the Federal Trade Commission notied I had my money back in 3 days!

How bad is this site!? I contacted them through the following email address: [email protected]

The clothes are worse than useless, and nothing like the online descriptions. Part of my order finally turned up a week ago; I've told them to cancel the outstanding items and refund to my Paypal account.

Very apologetic emails offering replacements or vouchers for future purchases but I'd rather not bother so have returned at a cost of £40 to CHINA.

The website is best.

It's very hard to get in touch with them coz I've sent few emails to their email Address but never respond.

There is no phone number to speak with someone.
Remember they are in China - You will NEVER resolve the problem with the same customer service rep. You always have to repeat your questions.
They need to reformat their customer service. It SUCKS!
