I gave up on merchandise and demanded a refund. I have contacted the company over six times now. I keep receiving emails from them (3) asking me if I wanted to cancel my order and have my money refunded. I will never engage with this site again. Waited three weeks will my order was "processing." Was told refund would take up to 12 days. From what I can determine, they don't work weekends. As for PayPal, I would think that should be helpful. They probably do not PayPal to cut them off. I would complain to them to see if they would stop working with this site.

They are sending me a bigger size not a refund. Haven't received it yet.

The coats I got just fit a 10-year old and they were size large. Unfortunately I didn't pay through PayPal so don't know about getting a refund through them.

No im still waiting for my order also dhen i told them how unsatisfied i was they told me they gonna refund me with a coupon when i psid them cash paypal does nothin to help im just lookin at this as a lost cause its noone to help hopefully i will get my order... but i will tell everyone i come across to never order anything from this company

Yes, I cancelled my order and was refunded shortly after that. You have to give them time to respond to your email due to time difference across the globe. However, it's not worth returning the items to them since the postage is so high, so choose your items carefully.

I haven't even received my merchandise as of a month after ordering to begin to tell you how their refunds are handled. The process of getting the merchandise is crazy to me. I wont order from them again. Hopefully all items fit and are made of good quality
