I have emailed them, and get patronizing responses even though i have literally been waiting over 3 months for my order to arrive. Don't buy from them

This company is in China. The time zone difference is why there is no one available to accept your call. You will get an email response if you email them. I noticed that the emails that were sent to me happened around 3 or 4 oclock am EST. It took 2 weeks to receive my order and when it arrived the sizes were in Asian measurements and we're WAY TOO SMALL. I hope you don't experience the same outcome. My order was for $40 including shipping. I settled for a $15 refund because returning the items would have cost me $25 or more postage to China. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. Good Luck

Wow! I never called the customer service number, always opened a ticket eith a dispute with my order several times a week and that is how they respond. This really dont surprise me, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good luck! Open a dispute with your order ASAP! They also have LIMITS, and you dont want to miss that either!

Inform Pay Pal, they will reimburse you.

File a dispute with paypal, wait for response from company and then escalate to claim... I did as that my order did not arrive in the specified time frame and I rec'd a full refund.

The company is in China, it will take about 3 weeks from you placed order till you get the order, becuase it takes couple days to process your order, ship to China post office, and then USPS. I placed 2 orders, normally, it takes 1 week to get shipment confirmation, and wait another week to tracking the order, and got the order in another week. If u are not registered with them, do it. Then u can track ur order. If u have a question go to my dispute and ask... Wait for a day because I think they are in China. They always answered... hope this helps :)
