FashionMia refused to credit my account for items out of stock. I informed them that all 10 dresses I received were tooooo small; even though I ordered "Large", but usually wear a medium. When I asked if I could return the items, they said, "No!", but would provide $40 in coupons, instead of the $100+ I spent on the dresses. The customer service girl offered more coupons if I would write a positive review which I refused to do so.
I would say someone should file a class-action suit against the company and somehow warn the Internet shoppers that the company is a big scam.

I am still waiting on a ful refund and asked to wait yet another two weeks... i think that is a good start for all the dissatisfied customers who have clearly been ripped off. It is unacceptable and the customer service is appalling.

I received a $15 dollar refund for a $38 order as well as shopping coat. I did so out of frustration. In order to get a full refund I would have had to ship the items back to China at my own expense. However I will participate in a class action in order to make these people cease cheating American consumers. Email me at [email protected]
