FashionInTheBox.com is a very poor excuse for a company.
We recently ordered a dress, that was so badly made, it was unbelievable, the dress looked like it took 5 minutes to make, and we have been waiting three days for someone to get back to us, and are still waiting.
There is no customer service number, the company doesn’t seem to be registered anywhere, and if you are thinking of purchasing anything from them, DONT.
You would be better off flashing your money down the toilet.
