Took 34 days for mine to ship after j received the email.

Same here I received tracking number and just says label created says same for a week now. Fed ex says its a label created but no product attached to label. Numerous calls to them no response just a voice-mail. Covid has devastated this country and people take peoples money that are hard working people just trying bring joy to someone

It takes about a week after you get the tracking number for the order to be shipped. Hang tight I promise it is worth the wait

No tracking number at all. They state, "you will receive a text message when your order ships
