Its a subscription service. The money goes towards a purchase but you have to cancel to make it stop. Call their customer service for your country to cancel, can't do it online.

Because you didnt realised that you signed up to their VIP membership. They are very unclear about this. And you cannot get your money back because it's consider "credit". You have to shop using that credit, then call them to cancel the membership.

This happens frequently. I started noticing random charges on my account a couple months in a row, knowing I skipped the months. I left well enough alone, thinking it was my error and/or knowing I would use the credits. Following months I started screen shotting the image saying I "Skipped the month" as well as saving the email confirmations. The charges still came.
I'm yet to resolve the problem and afraid if I cancel the account, I won't be able to use the credits. I've also received an email indicating I have a "store credit" placed on a gift card because the credit was dormant for over a year. I guess I will wait and see.
Stay diligent or lose a lot of money. They have a method of deceit.
