As a VIP member, you will never be obligated to make a purchase nor pay the monthly charge every month and you can make changes to your account whenever you wish. Member credits can be redeemed for any 2-piece outfit or item up to $100, online or in-store. Agreed. The same thing happened to me. They said it didn't go through successfully even though my browser history says I made the skip request.

Very corrupt company. Many people are ripped off because of these "glitches". If you want to keep shopping from fabletics then when you skip you need to request confirmation of skipping the month if you don't receive any. Once you have your proof, save it, and make note of the date you submitted the skip so you have it in case of incidences like this. Otherwise they can just take your money. Be careful.
