Yes explore talent are guaranteed to get jobs, if you really want to be well known or famous, then explore talent can help you find job, auditions such as acting, modeling, singing, band gigs etc. You have to pay a cerrain amount of money to get into auditions, like for example my mom paid $500 for 36 months (3 year) it comes with a little extra help from the advisors they help you find auditions, I also got featured.
