Hi, I buy a phone on the 5th July, and the order is still on process. It should the deliver between 3-5 days, and still is not shipped. I try to contact Customer service and nothing.

First off Everbuying is not a scamscam. I have purchased 3 phones so far amongst other things. Some things do take time to arrive but with the phones look for the ones that do 24 hour shipping. Mine all arrived to UK in 3 day's.

Did you pay for it with PayPal? You should cancel the order and get your money back. Everbuying is a scam. They will make you wait and wait for your product to come because PayPal has a 45 day limit on disputing a payment. After this period passes, you can only get your money back by dealing with Everbuying, and good luck doing that. They will not give your money back and will try to charge you $30-40 to ship a broken product back to China and get a replacement.

Just make it easy on yourself: tell Everbuying you cancelled the order, and if they will not return your money, go to PayPal and have them get your money back. Just don't let Everbuying make you wait for weeks and weeks until you can't dispute the claim anymore, because they will definitely try.

Hi. I didnt have any problems with delliverance. It was allways on time. 25 days from shop. I thing that you just have to wait.
