I had also very bad experience with everybuying, gearbest etc. I remember I got an identical message - word by word - and same signature. So some of them seemed to be tightly connected. I buy now via Lazada (Philippines). Not the utmost cheapest in advertising - but it works. And they deliver the products to the price they offered.
The chinese companies always asking to withdraw paypal claims, but when you withdraw you cannot start to claim the money back. I got my money back via paypal.

Make a complaint with Paypal and open a new ticket with everbuying, asking for your refund. It worked for me; I had the same problem.

Dear Carmelo, my paymenet was also to Hassan, thru Paypal. Beginning to suspect something amiss. It is not a Chinese sounding name even though this is mainly a Chinese seller site. I don't think it is 30 days because in item description page it says clearly that it will process within 3 days, and for larger quantities it is 5 days. After processing it will be shipped out and a tracking number given. In both my case and Carmelo, it is well past the 5 days and Everbuying don't even bother reply to our queries. So Carmelo in your case I think better cancel your item thru Everbuying and raise a dispute with Paypal. I will do so to within next few days. It taught me a lesson, not to go for a few dollars cheaper. The same item is in another selling site (Gearbest) but since it was USD$3 cheaper in Everbuying I bought from there. Mistake.

I think EverBying get a time for shipping your item. Follow 3 or 4 days. EverBuing doesn't receive cancel request. After 4 days you may go to Paypal site. There click "help" option and write a mail to Paypal customer care. You may request for cancel payment to EverBuying. Paypal will start inquiry against EverBuying and if they found the EverBuying hasn't dispatched your item, then Paypal will decide in favor of you and your amount will refund to your Bank A/C.

"Hi" Carmelo, You and a lot of unfortunately buyers are having problems with this company. But sometime there's a good side to this company not saying i like them but if you stay on there ass and keep complaining about your product that you paid for and make sure you get an "Tracking Number" so you can keep your own tab on how long it takes for your Shipment to get to you. Plus you will have to pay very close attention to your Shipment once it gets to New York because that's where a lot of ground Shipment comes in at? Like mines did once before when i made an order from Everybuying it got to New York and was Stolen and they had to seen me another order out. Plus you said you paid with Pay-Pal so you can go through Pay-Pal and with an complaint you can get your Money Back like most of these People do when these lil company renege on doing what they Suppose to do...

Since you paid with PayPal, get your money back immediately. PayPal has a limit of 45 days to make complaints about a seller and get your money back. After that, you can only get your money back through Everbuying, and that will not happen. Instead, if your product is broken (if it arrives at all), they will try to charge you to return it and send you another one. You will never get your money back and may end up paying for junk. Everbuying will try to make you wait longer than 45 days so that you can't get your money back through PayPal. Don't let them do this. Go to PayPal and get your money back IMMEDIATELY and buy from someone else.

You've probably seen the last of your money. However, try making a complaint to the Conmercial Attache at the Chinese Embassy. Enough complaints and the Chinese government will take action against for bringing China into disrepute.

Had loads off hassan no problems just takes a while sometimes. Allow up to 30 days its all to do with couriers in China things get done different

Well it i to short time from orden, You need to ask them did they send an item, You need wait at least 30 days

Check your EB account for messages, they may need to verify address or item out of stock, etc. (they do not email you- you must check your eb messages) Otherwise once it is shipped they email you the tracki ng info and all is ok.
