I was a seller on Etsy for approx. 2-3 years. I sell antique jewelry. Etsy has no US customer service phone number. I called the phone number listed but waited 17 minutes with no answer. You can email them but good luck on getting any response. Etsy overcharged me on seller fees. Etsy holds all money paid to a seller for 3-5 working days. They make money on our money. I left Etsy about a year ago and am very happy that I left. There are many small home crafty people selling on Etsy. I am a large antique jewelry dealer. I now sell at shows and on Ruby Lane. Ruby Lane is a wonderful seller and buyer site. I know that there are some excellent honest sellers on Etsy. But, there are also some dishonest sellers who will take your money, etc. Be very careful. Etsy WILL NOT stand behind either buyer or seller so you are on your own. Good luck.

I'm kind of with the others on this one... believe I would give them a little time. Mine DID make it, although it went from my ordering it, then to China, then to California then to me in Texas! But... the sizing was horribly small! Good luck!

If you are not sure, don't order from abroad. There is no buyer protection, and Etsy leaves problems between you and the seller, which is NO customer service
