I ordered my dresses from eShakti using their customization program. I'm nominally a size 12 when buying off-the-rack clothing, but because I'm transgendered, my shoulders are a bit wider than the typical female. By having my eShakti dresses sewn-to-fit, I get clothes that fit me much better and are much more flattering to my body type.

There are no standardized measurements for women anywhere in the world. I would recommend taking the time to do the customized measuring/sizing. No surprises.
