You should send them an email to see if they can or cannot modify your dress as you requested before ordering. Most of the time they are happy to oblige though.

You can put it in the "notes" section when you place your order and they always do their best to accommodate. It's helpful if you can tell them exactly how much you want taken in on the shoulders based on your first dress.

When you place your order, look for the section that says Special Instructions and be very specific with your request.

They do not remake or alter dresses, Eshakti will ask you to mail it back and receive a refund or gift card. Then you buy a whole other dress.Be aware, however, that in certain instances your refund will not actually be replacement value. Just call first and ask about your circumstances and they'll help you out. It was totally not worth it to me to send it back, if you can find a tailor to take it in for around or less than $20 do that instead.
