For the shipping, expedited shipping is 2-5 days, standard shipping is 4-8 days and the super saving is slower than others. You can see the processing time for the products you need on the products page. Total tome would be processing time plus the shipping time.

Just done buy off the site, proper rip off they r! U will wait ages for it to come. Half of the stuff i ordered new came an i waited 3wks for my money back.! Its awful

They do not accept returns. I bought to dresses that were like blouses in length though the picture showed them hitting just above the knee. I was told I could sell them or give them away. I will never order from this site again.

The time my dresses took to reach me varied from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. There was no set timeline for me to receive products. Regarding if I can return an item initially was told no because it would be too costly abd that is the buyer's cost. I was then sent a statement that I had not seen before that stated I had 30 days to return items after purchasing and I would need to pay no more than $45 to return items. That charge of $45 would not be reimbursed. So essentially Ericdress.com does not have a suitable return policy and I wish I had known. I will not be using this site again.

Save yourself the aggravation from dealing this company because as I stated in my review this is a difficult company to deal with. Sizing is not consistent, it is expensive to return the item back to China, the product is flimsy, communication is difficult as many of the messages have super imposed lines. If you do buy from this company and find the product does not fit, do yourself a favour and just sell the product to a friend or neighbour, or better yet donate to a charitable clothing store, you will save yourself a lot of money and save your sanity.
The only positive thing that I can say about this company is my order came in a reasonable amount of time, but not all in one package, it came over 2 weeks in 3 separate plastic bags, with each bag duties had to be paid.
I live in Canada (Ontario). I had ordered a piece of jewelry and they advised me that the piece that I wanted was not available in the silver colour so they took it upon themselves to do a substitution, it would have been nice if they had asked me if I was still interested in the jewelry.
Anyway I hope this answers your question, and as stated, buyer beware.

Hi Gloria. If you notice on their return and refund policy on their site, they do not outline specific instructions on how to proceed for return and refund. Instead, they tell you to contact them either by e-mail, or phone. The number of days they allude to in their return and refund policy means absolutely nothing. They do not accept returns or exchanges, unless you're willing to purchase a new dress at full price it appears. What I could get from their communication (English is not their primary language which at times makes it very difficult to know what they mean) they indicate that they are not retailers but that they make the dresses custom made according to the size you order. Return and refund is not in their practices. It appears that they offered for me to send the dresses and they would fix them for me at additional charge, plus I would have to pay the round trip shipment (they call it "freight"). They also demanded I send pictures and videos of the dresses. Very disappointed to learn that this business is in reality a scam to defraud people. Don't risk it. Buy from a reputable and ethical business. Ericdres is neither of those.

If you are willing to pay for the package to return to China you can... Will take about 20 days to your purchase to arrive...

You will not be able to return or exchange. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase from there no matter how great they make the picture look or deal seem. You will literally be throwing away your money.
